By using ServerDrop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use ServerDrop. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. You're responsible for any activity on ServerDrop tied to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit Discord servers that promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content involving minors
• Submit servers you don't own or have permission to list
• Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use ServerDrop to harass, threaten, or impersonate others

Violations may result in your account being suspended or removed.

Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (server descriptions, etc.) but grant ServerDrop a license to display it within the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Discord

ServerDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. Use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service.

Disclaimers

ServerDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We're not responsible for the conduct or content of Discord servers listed on ServerDrop.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerDrop and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ServerDrop at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using ServerDrop at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ServerDrop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
